All of our units are fully furnished, including bedding, bathroom amenities and kitchenware. All except studio units have wood or gas burning fireplaces. Since our units are individually and privately owned, decor and furnishings reflect the tastes of the owner, and may include additional features such as iPod docks, gas barbecues, etc.
All rental units are periodically evaluated against national standards of decor, furnishings and general quality. Only managers of units meeting those standards are listed on our Reservations page.
All (115) of our studio units are housed in the Peak 9 Inn (Liftside Inn) building.
Three of our other four buildings are named after 'fourteeners' (14,000 foot peaks in the state of Colorado). Following are the number and types of condominium units available in our various buildings:
