"Gateway to the Mountains"TM

The Village at Breckenridge is uniquely located right at the base of Peak 9, steps from the Quicksilver lift and ski school, and just one block from Main Street and the year round Performing Arts center.
Restaurants and shopping are easily accessible on foot, and the bike trail to Frisco, Vail and beyond begins across the street. Hiking and mountain biking trails begin just a block from the Village.

Location
Approximately two hours' drive from either Denver International (DEN) or Colorado Springs Regional (COS) airport, the resort is easily accessible, and close to a transfer point for county-wide transportation, the town trolley and ski area buses. We are truly a ski in, ski out property, plus we are close to all the town's shopping, dining and entertainment amenities. No other property in all of Breckenridge has our unique combination of access to both the town and the mountain!  See Directions.

Features
Originally built in the early 80's, this constantly updated complex of five buildings surrounding a central plaza consists of 235 privately owned condominium units, ranging from studios to four bedrooms. Most of our units are available for rental to the general public. See
Accommodations.
We also feature an onsite restaurant and tavern, an indoor/outdoor pool,  hot tubs, exercise facility including sauna and steam room, heated underground parking, bicycle storage, and plaza level retail establishments. See
Amenities.

Activities
In addition to skiing and snowboarding, Winter guests can enjoy outdoor ice skating on Maggie Pond, or indoor ice skating at the city ice rink, just blocks from the Village. Food, music and apres ski are available at the Village tavern. In January, the international snow sculpture competition is a block from the Village! Cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, dog sledding and moonlit sleigh rides and snow hikes are just part of the activites our Village guests enjoy in the Winter months.
In Summer, we host the annual art and jazz festivals, and Village guests can easily walk to summer concerts, art and antique shows.  Breckenridge hosts a film festival, classical and pop concerts, and lectures about Colorado and the geology, flora and fauna. Just a block from the Burro Trail and national forest, the hiking and mountain biking trails beckon the backcountry explorer. Fishermen enjoy our lakes and rivers. A short drive gets you to golf, whitewater rafting, hot air ballooning, etc.
In Fall, we are 'color central' to the nationally famous Boreas Pass aspen drive to Como, along the old steam engine route.  Oktoberfest activities in September are just a block or two from the Village. See Activities.
