This website is owned and maintained by the Village at Breckenridge Homeowners Association (VAB HOA). Its purpose is to provide prospective and current guests with information about the resort and town. We do our best to keep this information current, but accept no liability for incorrect or out-of-date information.
As an HOA, we represent the interests of our property owners, which include the satisfaction, comfort and safety of guests who stay at the resort. However, guests should realize that their contract for accommodation is with the Rental Manager. Any issues or concerns with the rented unit or the rental contract should be addressed with the rental manager.
