About Us

Location
Approximately two hours' drive from either Denver International (DEN) or Colorado Springs Regional (COS) airport, the resort sits at the base of Peak 9 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort, one block from Main Street. We are truly a ski in, ski out property, within walking distance to the town's shopping, dining and entertainment amenities. No other property in all of Breckenridge has our unique combination of access to both the town and the mountain!
Features
Originally built in the early 80's and completely renovated in 2010, the Village consists of five buildings surrounding a central plaza with 235 privately owned condominium units, ranging from studios to four bedrooms. Village amenities include an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna and steam room, fitness center and heated underground parking.
We also feature an onsite restaurant, pub, ski and snowboard rental shops, ski and ride school facilities, children's museum, and medical clinic.
Activities
In addition to skiing and snowboarding, Village Guest can enjoy cross country skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, tubing, ice skating, dog sledding and sleigh rides in the Winter months. In January, the international snow sculpture competition is a block from the Village!
In Summer, Village guests can easily walk to summer concerts, art and antique shows and our local farmers market. Access the bike bath across the street from the Village and explore all of Summit County by bike. Hiking and mountain biking trails beckon the backcountry explorer and our lakes and rivers keep anglers entertained all day long. A short drive gets you to golf, whitewater rafting, kayaking, sailing, horseback riding, ATV tours, and zip lining.
In Fall, we are 'color central' to the nationally famous Boreas Pass aspen drive to Como, along the old steam engine route. Oktoberfest activities in September are just a block or two from the Village.
Don't forget to check out the Breckenridge Arts District, Barney Ford Museum, Breckenridge Backstage Theater, Red, White and Blue Museum, High Line Railroad Park, Breckenridge Heritage Alliance Tours, and the Breckenridge Welcome Center, all open year round.
