These washers and dryers use the PayRange App. PayRange requires an account an a minimum preloaded fund amount of $10.00
Get the PayRange App
Pay close attention to the washer and dryer number when you select the machine number. Your phone may be receiving nearby machines as well as the one you are paying.

Laundry Room Etiquette
- Please be considerate of others.
- Remove your laundry as soon as completed
- Keep the laundry room door closed during quiet hours (10PM until 8AM)
- Don’t overload the machines
- You must provide your own detergent, fabric softener, etc…
- Some rental managers may provide detergent and fabric softener.
- Clean the dryer’s lint filter prior to using
- Check clothing pockets before washing
