Movie Room & Game Room Rules

The Village at Breckenridge has a game room and a movie room that are for the exclusive use by Village owners and guests.

To ensure all residents enjoy these shared amenities, please review and follow the guidelines below:

  • Reservations & Access
    Each unit may make one reservation per day. (Max reservations per day for game room is 2)
  • Maximum reservation duration: 4 hours. (Max reservations length for game room is 2 hours)
  • The movie room is available 8:00 AM to 9:30 PM daily.
  • Reservations may not start after 9:00 PM.
  • You must exit the room no later than 9:45 PM to allow for cleaning.
  • Access to the movie room is only available during your confirmed reservation period.
  • The door will not unlock before your scheduled start time.
  • Please plan to vacate the room 10 minutes before your reservation ends.
  • If you do not show up within the first 15min of your reservation it will automatically be canceled. The time slot will open back up for others to make a reservation.

Occupancy & Safety

  • Movie Room maximum occupancy: 15 people (per fire code).
  • Game Room maximum occupancy: 8 people (per fire code).
  • Children under 13 may not be left unattended in the movie or game room at any time.

Conduct & Care

  • Please leave the room as clean—or cleaner—than you found it.
  • Do not damage or remove any equipment or furniture.
  • Food and beverages are allowed only if disposed of properly.

Security & Monitoring

  • For safety and property protection, all activity is recorded by security cameras.
  • Room entries are logged and associated with the unit making the reservation.

Movie Room

The Movie Room is located on the garage level of the Leisure Center in the Peak 9 Inn, within the green section of the garage. Guests may access the Leisure Center either directly from the garage or by using the staircase leading down from the main Leisure Center level.

 

The Movie Room features 10 theater‑style reclining seats, five bar stools, and an 132″ high‑definition projection display, creating a true cinematic experience. A beverage cooler, microwave and countertop area are available for preparing and serving snacks—perfect for family gatherings, group entertainment, or a cozy movie night.

 

The display is equipped with Hulu, Disney+ and cable TV; provided free of charge. Additional apps—including Netflix, Prime Video, Peacock and Paramount+ —are available for guest use with personal login credentials.

 

For those who prefer to bring their own media device, HDMI and HDMI-to-usb-C input and cables are provided, supporting devices such as Amazon Fire TV, Roku, laptops, and other HDMI‑compatible equipment. (hdmi input is located under the bartop on the far left side nearest the door)

Game Room

The Game Room is located on the garage level of the Leisure Center in the Peak 9 Inn, within the green section of the garage. It can be accessed directly from the garage or by walking down the staircase from the Leisure Center. The Game Room is conveniently situated directly across the hall from the Movie Room.

 

Inside, guests will find a variety of board games along with two modern gaming systems: an Xbox Series S and a Nintendo Switch 2. Both consoles are secured to use the Village HOA gaming accounts, and personal gaming accounts cannot be added or logged in.

 

The Xbox Series S includes Game Pass Premium, enabling access to a rotating cloud‑gaming library of several hundred games. This collection includes many popular and major titles, offering options for players of all ages and interests.

 

The Nintendo Switch 2 features a wide selection of top Nintendo games, including favorites such as Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros., Switch Sports, and numerous other classics and popular titles from the Nintendo library.

 

This welcoming space is ideal for families, groups, or anyone looking to relax, play, and enjoy a variety of entertainment options.
