Parking Areas
The Village at Breckenridge offers three primary parking options for visitors, guests, and owners. Overnight parking is limited in the heated underground garage. Fee based parking reservations are required year round. The Village at Breckenridge Parking garage is located to the right as you enter the small traffic circle. Proceed in the external garage and follow the signs. Guests can reserve parking using the rental company.
During busy times, reserving parking far in advance is strongly encouraged.
Due to extremely tight parking conditions in Breckenridge, this is validated and enforced.
The external garage at the Village at Breckenridge allows for daytime short term parking including free parking for 30 minutes. Even for free 30 parking, you must register your vehicle.
All Village parking access is through the main garage entrance that is just to the right of the main entrance to Peak 9 Inn in our traffic circle.
When you drive in to the external garage, you will come to aa stop sign. If you are parking in the overnight and guest parking, you can turn right for the main garage or straight ahead for the Chateaux garage.
You can turn right to exit.
Village Parking Garages
As you enter the Village driveway from Park Avenue, the External Parking Garage is immediately on your right. This garage is operated as public paid parking.

If you continue driving straight through the External Garage to the stop sign, you will see a garage door slightly to the left. This is the entrance to the Chateaux Internal Garage, the most convenient parking for:

The main internal heated garage is divided into four color‑coded sections. Each section provides the closest access to specific buildings:
You may park in any section of the garage, regardless of your room’s location.

Village Parking
The Village offers accessible parking spaces for guests with physical disabilities in every garage. If you arrive in the evening and all regular spaces are full, you may temporarily park in an accessible space. However, please move your vehicle to a standard spot as soon as one becomes available.
Level 2 electric vehicle (EV) charges are available in both the heated and external garages.
Please use the EV charging space only to charge up your vehicle, them move it to a non-EV space.
