The Village at Breckenridge campus consists of five main buildings
Additionally, there are a few buildings adjacent to our properties that are integrated with our plaza. The buildings are all connected via the lower garage level and guests can access the health club and other buildings from here.
All buildings have elevator access and a full size washer and dryer on each floor.
Peak 9 Inn (Liftside)
ROOMS 4201-4710
Liftside at Peak 9 (Peak 9 Inn) is often considered the main building at The Village.
Rooms 4201 through 4710. This building has 115 studio condominiums. This is the building through which you enter the parking garage. The Vail Resorts front desk can be found on the lobby level of this building (Vail Resorts rental guests only). The pool, hot tubs, fitness center, leisure center, and Vail Resorts conference center can all be found on the first floor of this building.
Shavano
ROOMS 2201-2706
Shavano has one, two, and three bedroom condominiums.
Condos room numbers from 2201 through 2706 can be found in this building. This building can be accessed from the plaza as well as in the blue section of the parking garage. The Common Spirit Emergency & Urgent Care Breckenridge can be found on the plaza level of the Shavano building.
Antero
Rooms 1201-1506
The Antero Building has one, two and three bedroom condominiums.
Rooms 1201-1506. The “Village Children’s ski school check in is on the lower level and Rocket Fizz Candy shop and the Sauce Restaurant is on the Plaza Level. Closest garage access is the yellow section.
Wetterhorn
ROOMS 3201-3706
The Wetterhorn Building has one, two and three bedroom condominiums.
Rooms 3201-3706. The closest parking garage access is the red section.
