Pool towels are available via the towel machine by using your key or Village App
Please return towels to the towel machine when through
Do not take back to your room. There is a $25/towel charge for lost towels
Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times. There is no lifeguard on duty. - Steam room and dry sauna

Other Guidelines
- Ski / snowboard storage
Please use the free Christy Sports overnight storage on the plaza level
Skis and snowboards only. No boots or poles
Short term storage only. - Luggage carts
Please return luggage carts to the parking level when you have finished using them. - Pool Towels
Pool towels may checked out in the leisure center using the Village smart phone app. Please take only what you need and return pool towels to the same location. Lost or misplaced towels will result in charges to the person that checked out the towels. - Maximum occupancy of a condo
The maximum overnight occupancy of a condominium is the number of persons identified in the business license (approved by the fire department) or the number of persons permitted by the rental agreement, whichever is less. - Elevators
Do not hold the elevator doors; this can cause the elevator to malfunction or shut down. - Fireplaces
Screens should always be closed when a fire is burning
Do not dispose of fireplace ash down the trash chutes.
Containers are available for fireplace ash in the parking garage - Pets
Owners’ pets must be registered with the HOA
Except for certified service animals, pets are not permitted by rental guests. - Smoking
All condominiums, balconies, hallways, lobbies, elevators, and parking garages are non-smoking. - Personal transportation
Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, eBikes, roller skates and other such equipment shall not be ridden on the property. - Trash
Trash should be put in the trash chutes available on each floor. Do not force large bags or boxes into the trash chutes; take them to the trash rooms located in the parking garage.
