The Village at Breckenridge is a large condominium complex located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge, right at the base of the Quicksilver Ski Lift. The property consists of 235 privately owned studio, one‑, two‑, and three‑bedroom condos spread across four buildings, each uniquely furnished by its owner.

Many owners rent their condos to visitors. Some do so directly through platforms like VRBO, Airbnb, or Craigslist, while others use professional rental management companies. Most legitimate owners and management companies associated with The Village at Breckenridge are listed on our official website under the Accommodations section.

It’s important to note that our Homeowners Association does not manage rentals, which means renters must be diligent about verifying who they are booking from.
