The shop features Stio’s full line of technical apparel along with a curated selection of gear from partner brands, all in a welcoming, hands‑on environment.

What STIO Is All About

Founded in Jackson Hole, Wyoming in 2011, STIO was born from the mountain lifestyle—not manufactured for it. The name “Stio” is inspired by the junction of paths, reflecting how trail, river, mountain, and town life intersect. From the beginning, the brand has focused on creating premium, technical apparel that works as well on the skintrack as it does around town.

STIO’s design philosophy blends clean, modern aesthetics with serious mountain performance. Their gear is developed and tested in real alpine environments, emphasizing durability, comfort, and versatility. Sustainability is also central to the brand, with a strong focus on responsibly sourced materials, long‑lasting construction, and thoughtful design choices that reduce environmental impact.

Why Breckenridge Makes Sense

Breckenridge represents everything STIO stands for: an authentic mountain town where outdoor pursuits are part of everyday life. The Breckenridge Mountain Studio is STIO’s fourth Colorado retail location and its 13th nationwide, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to communities that live and breathe the mountain lifestyle.

Whether you’re gearing up for a powder day, planning a summer ridge hike, or just looking for apparel that transitions seamlessly from trail to town, the STIO store in Breckenridge is designed to meet you where you are—and where you’re headed next.

In a town defined by elevation, adventure, and authenticity, STIO feels right at home.
